Since 1985, TeleBill, Inc. has been the leading provider of outsourced international billing services for small to mid-sized telecommunications carriers. Telecommunications billing needs have evolved quite a bit over time. Changes in both technology and in the New Economy have challenged billing service bureaus such as us to advance along with it. We have expanded our services to include operations management, event processing, and carrier and revenue management, with additional capabilities being developed every day.
