"We shopped around for a billing service bureau that would give us the most services for the least amount of money. Originally, we tried calling some of the larger billing service bureaus. But considering that we're a CLEC with only 200 local end-users, we found ourselves continuously turned away for being "too small". In addition to TeleBill, we found two other vendors that would work with us, but neither of them offered the customization, the price, or the value that TeleBill was able to. In fact, the TeleBill programmers wrote an application just for us in less than two months, and for a reasonable set-up fee. We've been extremely happy with TeleBill's product and responsive customer service - it seems they're never too busy to talk to us. Eventually, our goal is to bill our end-users ourselves, but until we're ready, we plan to stay with TeleBill."
